Location
Nazca, Peru

Daily Departure
07:00 A.M
We begin our adventure by departing from the city of Nazca heading southwest, traveling approximately 30 km along the Pan-American Highway South. Then we’ll venture into the desert on a dirt road, crossing spectacular landscapes with hills, dunes, and unique formations of the most arid coastal desert in the world.
After about 1 hour and 20 minutes, we will arrive at natural viewpoints from which we can admire the impressive San Fernando Bay from a distance — a little-explored natural sanctuary, perfect for nature and photography lovers.
From this point, we’ll descend to the lower area to encounter a rich biodiversity. This area is home to seabirds such as boobies, gulls, pelicans, guanay cormorants, and more. One of the most unforgettable moments will be spotting the majestic Andean Condor, soaring overhead with its impressive wingspan, leaving visitors in awe.
Next, we’ll go on a guided walk along the cliffs to closely observe sea lions — both the South American sea lion (with one layer of fur) and the fur seal (with two layers). The connection with wildlife in its natural habitat is simply unforgettable.
We’ll end the experience at a privileged spot with a panoramic view of the bay — perfect for enjoying a picnic outdoors while birds fly and sing around us, creating a magical and unique atmosphere.
After lunch, we’ll have time to explore a few more sites before heading back to Nazca. Our transportation will pick us up, and we’ll return to your hotel around 5:00 p.m.
