The prices established at the time of booking include only the services contracted by the client and detailed in the vouchers and tickets delivered.
Taxes, fees, duties or other charges applicable at destination, according to the laws of each country, may be subject to increases or modifications without prior notice. The client is responsible for verifying and making payment of these charges to the competent authorities (Consulate or government entity) at the destination.
It is the client’s responsibility to present a valid credit card, of the corresponding holder, at the time of check-in for the contracted ground services. This card must be associated with the guarantees that may be required by the providers at destination. The rates and conditions of these guarantees may vary depending on the type of service and its duration.
About Cancellations, Changes and Refunds:
Any change or cancellation is subject to the conditions and restrictions of your airline ticket and of each hotel or service provider. Therefore, refunds may be partial or total, or there may even be no refund at all of the amounts paid.
Responses to refund requests will be subject to the deadlines established by each supplier or hotel.
It is the customer’s responsibility to have been adequately informed about the conditions for cancellations, changes and refunds at the time of making the reservation, directly with their sales channel.
To request the cancellation and refund of the contracted services, the customer must contact the corresponding sales channel, either in person at the sales office or through the following telephone number…
Responsibilities:
EXPEDITION TRAVEL PERĂš will not be responsible for the loss, suspension or modification of the contracted services (hotels, transfers, etc.) due to circumstances beyond its control, such as weather phenomena, natural disasters, security problems or acts of third parties over which EXPEDITION TRAVEL PERĂš has no influence, as well as in cases of force majeure. EXPEDITION TRAVEL PERĂš will not be responsible for any lack or defect in the client’s documentation (passport, visa, insurance, medical requirements, etc.). In the event that the client must suspend or abandon his/her trip due to the lack or irregularity of these documents, it will be his/her exclusive responsibility to cover any resulting expenses, and the conditions established in section 2 mentioned above will apply.
EXPEDITION TRAVEL PERĂš only undertakes to comply with the services detailed in the vouchers issued and delivered by the corresponding sales channel. Any additional expense or service not specified in the vouchers will be the responsibility of the passenger. Likewise, any inconvenience related to services contracted directly by the client with third parties will be his/her exclusive responsibility. The passenger confirms that he/she has been duly informed by the sales advisor about the documents necessary to enter/exit the destinations included in the tourist package.
EXPEDITION TRAVEL PERĂš acts as an intermediary in the provision of the contracted services, so its responsibility, as well as that of its suppliers, is limited to the quality of the intermediation. EXPEDITION TRAVEL PERĂš will not be responsible for deficiencies in the services provided by the suppliers or for any material or personal damage caused to the client due to acts of third parties.
It is the client’s responsibility to carry the corresponding vouchers during their trip, which must be delivered to the service provider at the destination. If the vouchers are not presented, the provider may deny the service, without this implying any liability for EXPEDITION TRAVEL PERĂš.
Clients are advised to confirm check-in and check-out times directly with their hotel.
EXPEDITION TRAVEL PERĂš, as an intermediary, is not responsible for damages or losses that the passenger may suffer during their stay or when using the services provided by third parties. However, the client has the right to file their claim directly with the service provider or the responsible third parties.
