Explore the majestic Sacred Valley by experiencing the country side in which you will be amazed by the impressive archaeological site of Pisac. This site displays hundreds of terraces, chambers, guard houses, and natural viewpoints. Later, you will visit the actual town of Pisac and its colorful artisanal market were you can look at a bunch of Andean souvenirs. Next, we will head along the Vilcanota river bank until the Ollantaytambo fortress. Here, you will observe gigantic Inca walls, terraces, sacred water fountains, highly developed irrigation and drainage system, as well as, the temple of the sun with its astounding building composed by enormous rocks. From here we will return back to Cusco.

Description
We will pick you up from your hotel at 08:00am. In this tour, we will stop a few times to admire the scenic landscape. Along the way your professional guide will provide you with reliable information to enrich your unforgettable experience of the stunning Sacred Valley. Upon our arrival at the Pisac ruins, we will explore the fascinating constructions built on a jagged area. Here, you can contemplate hundreds of terraces, urban areas, towers, and holy sites such as the Temple of the Sun and its fountains. Later on, we will head towards Pisac town where you can go through the Andean craft market, so you can browse for your perfect souvenir, stroll around and interact with local people, and perhaps try the Andean beer made from corn. Later, we go along the Vilcanota River towards Urubamba in order to have our Andean buffet lunch with includes delicious Peruvian dishes. Afterwards, we continue to the archaeological fortress of Ollantaytambo, an important construction built during the prime time of the Incas. This site is composed by terraces, simple huts and massive holy palaces such as the temple of the sun which has a perfect place to stare at. Ollantaytambo is an unconcluded site due to the Spanish arrival where hundreds of monuments were discontinue forcefully in order battle against the Spanish conquers. After taking the time to appreciate unimaginable details of this site, we will head back to your hotel in Cusco.
