Day 01: Arequipa – Colca Valley – Cabanaconde – San Juan de Chuccho

At 03:00 hrs, we will pick you up from your hotel and travel along the sinuous road for 03 hrs to chivay a place where we will have our breakfast then we will head to cruz del Condor to observe its wonderful performace of the majestic and sacred bird Condor. Then we will move to Cabanaconde (3827MASL). Once here, we will receive few important indication about our hike. Then we will start exploring and descending along the narrow path, observing amazing wildlife of flora and fauna. After 04 hrs, hiking we will arrive to the village of Chuccho (2200MASL). This is an exclusive Andean community with its typical construction where we will have the overnight at the local family huts. (The type of houses usually mud brick – with corrugated metal). Later on, we will have our dinner prepared and served by our local host.

Day 02: San Juan de Chuccho – Coshnirhua – Malata – Sangalle Oasis

At a coordinate time we will have our breakfast then we will start exploring the magnificence of this natural wonder. This day comes with a lot of varieties of scenarios and small villages, whereas our hike is up and down, it will be deserved to have short break stops to embrace the gorgeous terrain. After 03hrs, hiking we will stumble on the community of “Coshnirhua 2350MASL, & Malata 2350MASL”. Both offers special features, so you can take unlimited photos anytime or perhaps mingle with someone from the place. Next we will descend for another 03 hours till Sangalle oasis (200MASL). In fact the weather here is warm, easily the temperature could be over 25 degree Celsius. After long day of hike, you will deserve a lovely time to enjoy the hot spring of 23degree Celsius. Finally you will enjoy another special dinner with your team and then stay the overnight at the basic accommodation clean, safe and great character.

Day 3: Sangalle Oasis – Cabanaconde – Cruz del Cóndor – Chivay – Arequipa

In order to gain the time and have better advantages before the sunrise catch us on the way up and have a challenging hike, we will wake up at 04:00am, then hike up to Cabanaconde, where we will have our breakfast. Soon after, we will board our bus (25’) to the spectacular natural lookout point of cruz del Condor, from here we will observe the stunning performance flight of the sacred Andean bird of “Condor”. At once, we will head to our bus and travel to Chivay, in order to let you enjoy your daytime, we decided to take you to the hot spring la Calera, so you can relax and take some local drinks. (Your lunch will be taken by your guide such as, sandwich, fruits, soft and cold drinks). In the end, we will board our bus and travel back to Arequipa, arriving at 04:30pm, approximately our services will end at your hotel.
