Welcome to the city! Only remember to let us know your arrival time in order to a wait for you at the airport and transferred you to your arranged hotel.
At previously set time, we will come to your hotel to transfer you to the airport. From here you will board your plane to Juliaca, one of the second highest city in Peru (01hours 30’). As soon you disembark at this international airport, you will be welcomed by our local agent, then we will transferred to Puno (50’) city where your hotel is.
At 06:30am, our local agent will come to your hotel to pick up and take you to the main departure point where you will join other participants. Once you are on the boat, you will be taken on a fascinating trip to the Uros Island. These islanders will be able to display their traditional life style and interesting clothes, which can be tried on if you wish. Later we will head to Llachon community and once we arrive the local families will be waiting to take us to their house as we will spend a night there. In the afternoon, we will take part of some activities; such as: feeding animals, clearing the fields, fishing, or simply mingling with locals. Later in the evening take part of a traditional dinner presented by your host family.
After breakfast (07:30am) our families will take us to the main port and from here we will get on our boat heading to Taquile Island (approx. 60’). Once we get into the shore, we will disembark and start our hike to the main village. On the way there, there will be few short breaks to contemplate the breath-taking scenery. At the main village, you will have time to observe the local activities and traditional lifestyle. Next, our guide will lead us to a typical restaurant with a splendid view which offers traditional dishes for you to enjoy. After your fulfilling lunch, we will descend along the pre Inca steps until the main departure point from which we will board our boat and return to Puno.
At 07:30am, we will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the bus station from where we will board our bus through the scenic mountain range until we get to Cusco. As soon you arrive our local representative will be a waiting for you to welcome and transfer you to your indicated hotel.
Between 08:00 to 08:30am, we will begin our tour along the Sacred Valley. On the way there, we will have the chance to stop and observe the astonishing landscape. As we get into the complex site of Pisac, there will be enough time to wander around. You will witness amazing architecture work samples such as; terraces, drainage system, fountains, steps, chambers, temple of the sun, and towers that were used as guardhouses; all which are built on rugged topography. Next, we will visit the charming Andean town of Pisac; here you will walk through to one of the most lively and colourful handcraft market. Take the time to browse around this market, you may even find a souvenir to take home. Then we travel along the main area of Sacred Valley towards Urubamba; where we will have our Andean buffet lunch. Later we head to Ollantaytambo fortress, one of the only Inca settlement remains where local people still live.
At 06:30am, we will be at your hotel to pick you up and board our bus towards Machupiccu following the Hiram Bingham rough road (30’), after our local guide will explain part of the history background in order to understand this enigmatic Inca citadel. In this site, each Inca construction had a different function, for instance the temple of the sun was only devoted to wordship the sun or the Intihuatana (sundial) which was a sacred rock that symbolically was used to coordinate the time as it will be a calendar. After, you will have some time to enjoy at your own pace taking perhaps some pictures or simply finding a spot to seat and contemplate the entire scenery of this spectacular cultural wonder. If you are still looking for different vistas, do not hesitate about taking a short hike to either the Inca Bridge or the sun gate. Make sure you assign a time for lunch and other preferences in Aguas Calientes town as you need to catch your bus at a convenient time. So then be at the train station 30 minutes before your train departs to Ollantaytambo (90’). Once you arrive there, our local agent will be ready to provide a transfer back to your hotel in Cusco.

Explore Cusco at your own glance, visit the most popular market of San Pedro, walk around the San Blas neighbourhood, or visit one of the most interesting museums “ El museo del Inca”.
