All bookings are made by Expedition Travel Peru. In booking our service you agree to the conditions of the trip as stated below and detailed on the electronic or physical voucher.
The dates, itineraries and prices are valid for entire year from January 01st to December 31st
Deposits for one day attractions are not refundable unless contact is made with a representative of Expedition Travel Peru via phone or email within 48 hours of the activity.
Once we accept your booking, you will be sent confirmation of our contract. The contact becomes valid once we send a voucher of confirmation or a deposit is made within 7 days of your reservation.
In order to confirm your customized travel, you must provide your full name, passport number, expiry date of your passport, nationality, date of birth, and any pre-existing medical condition.
Should you cancel 50% or more of a scheduled tour, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be accepted when we receive a written email to that effect from you. Cancellation 45 days or more prior to departure, will result in loss of the full deposit. Cancellation between 30 and 44 days prior to departure, will result in retention of 50 % of the total booking cost. Cancellation 29 days or less will result in total forfeiture of any payments made. There is no obligation on our behalf to refund money resulting from a client failing to attend a designated departure point at a pre advised time. There is also no obligation to refund unused services during a tour. No refunds will be provided for day tours resulting from a client’s failure to attend at the designated time and location. These cancellations are in additions to fees which might be charged by accommodation, tour operators and transports.
We might cancelled your trip anytime up to 45 days before your tour starts due to natural disaster, potential strike, or other circumstance where the safety of our clients is compromised. If it is not viable to operate a planned route, you may elect to switch to one of our alternative tours. Your total payment will be credited towards the cost of that particular tour. You may also elect to cancel your tour and receive a full refund.
If you desire to change from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third person, you are obliged to notify us at least 55 days prior to the proposed commencement date of the tour. Expedition Travel Peru will charge a fee of 100 USD per person, per change and will apply any addition charges from hotels, land and airline transports. Expedition Travel Peru, will charge an administration fee of 80.00 USD per booking, per change. This administrative is in addition to any charges for transport, hotels and airlines.

Travel Insurance is mandatory for most of our trips and each traveller must keep them in safe place. A copy of these documents must be provided at the time of booking. Your travel insurance must cover personal accidents, death and repatriation in case of an emergency. You will not be permitted to participate on a tour without appropriate insurance cover.
